Las Vegas – Heavy snow from a Nor’easter sweeping the Northeast triggered the cancellation of every nonstop flight from major East Coast airports to Harry Reid International Airport on Monday.[1]

Kennedy International Airport faced immediate setbacks, as all 10 scheduled flights to Las Vegas fell victim to the storm.[1] Similar fates struck nine flights from Newark Liberty International and five from Boston Logan International.[1] Ground stops at these hubs stemmed from blizzard conditions that buried the region in snow.
The storm delivered nearly 20 inches of accumulation to New York City, with gusts topping 20 mph.[1] Officials at other East Coast facilities, including LaGuardia, Philadelphia International, and Washington-area airports, reported parallel disruptions.[1] These events created a domino effect, halting inbound traffic thousands of miles away.
