Henderson, Nevada – Executives at Boyd Gaming shared an upbeat outlook for the coming year after posting record revenues in the final quarter of 2025.[1][2]

The company achieved $1.1 billion in revenue during the fourth quarter of 2025, marking a notable increase from the prior year.[3] Full-year revenues reached $4.1 billion, underscoring sustained strength across operations.[3] Adjusted EBITDAR for the quarter stood at $336.6 million, while the annual figure approximated $1.4 billion.
Capital expenditures highlighted commitment to expansion, with $148 million deployed in the quarter and a yearly total of $588 million.[1] These investments supported upgrades at multiple properties. Net income for the quarter came in at $140.4 million, or $1.79 per share.[3]
Cadence Crossing Poised to Transform Henderson Gaming
A 50,000-square-foot facility emerges on Boulder Highway, featuring a 10,000-square-foot casino floor with 450 slot machines and various food and beverage options.[4] Phase two plans include a four-story hotel with 114 rooms, timed to match neighborhood expansion.[5] The project positions itself adjacent to the thriving Cadence master-planned community, which recorded over 1,200 home sales in 2025 alone – ranking third nationally.[4]
