Rep. Rob Bresnahan (R-Pa.) on Tuesday launched a invoice to fund the Particular Supplemental Diet Program for Girls, Infants, and Kids (WIC) throughout the federal government shutdown, because the funding lapse threatens funds of advantages if it continues.
