LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Las Vegas police launched a press release Wednesday concerning why the bus driver who hit and killed a 12-year-old lady hasn’t been charged.
A crash report was launched Tuesday with particulars on the crash which occured on Monday, October 6, on West Tropical Parkway when a Clark County College District bus hit Haylee Ryan, a pupil on her bicycle, headed residence from Lied Stem Academy College.

The police report stated the bus, pushed by a 75-year-old lady who was not recognized, contacted the left handlebar on Ryan’s bicycle, and the proper handlebar hit a stationary car, inflicting the lady to fall to the bottom, the place the rear wheels of the bus ran over her.
