LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – The intersection of Dean Martin Drive and Tropicana Avenue has a brand new visitors sample as a part of the I-15 Tropicana undertaking from the Nevada Division of Transportation (NDOT).
Kelsey McFarland with NDOT mentioned the adjustments are to enhance security and effectivity throughout Tropicana Avenue.
“Previously, drivers were crossing more than six lanes of traffic to get across Tropicana and on event days, Allegiant Stadium, 70,000 heading this direction,” she mentioned. “That many people trying to cross this many lanes of traffic was not efficient or safe.”
