Le Parti des travailleurs du Kurdistan (PKK) a affirmé sur son compte Telegram être à l’origine de l’attaque de mercredi 23 octobre, qui avait entraîné la mort de 5 personnes et en avait blessé 22 autres dans la capitale turque.
