January 30 – The Municipality of Break up is getting ready the method to reconstruct and renovate the Poljud Stadium, Croatia’s largest soccer venue with a capability of 33,987 seats.
The redevelopment work shall be carried out in phases, with the stadium set to stay open and purposeful through the course of, albeit with a decreased capability.
To start the reconstruction, the Municipality of Break up has launched a public procurement for the contractor of the preliminary part of redevelopment.
The tender documentation is offered on the web site of the Digital Public Procurement Discover of the Republic of Croatia (EOJN), and the opening of bids is scheduled for March 11, 2025.
The primary part will give attention to the present concrete and metal buildings, renovation of the roof, substitute of the stadium lighting community and set up of a contemporary sound system.
The chosen contractor will, after the completion of the general public procurement process, put together the mission documentation after which start the execution of the deliberate works.
The redevelopment course of is predicted to final 31 months at a price of €25 million.
