All 12 of the Warriors selected retain their places in the matchday 23 from last weekend’s 57-17 win over Fiji, with Scotland going in search of a first win over the Springboks since 2010.
Sione Tuipulotu once again leads his country for the clash, the centre having put pen to paper on a new deal that will see him remain a Glasgow Warrior until at least the summer of 2028.

Tom Jordan makes his first start for Scotland at full-back after impressing off the bench on his senior international debut last weekend, whilst Huw Jones lines up alongside captain Tuipulotu after a performance last weekend that saw him make more clean breaks in a single match than any other international player in 2024.
Up front, Zander Fagerson starts at tight-head just a week after becoming a father to twins, the British and Irish Lions prop the most-capped Warrior amongst the matchday 23.
Scott Cummings starts in the engine room, the second-rower having touched down for Glasgow’s first try in the 2024 BKT United Rugby Championship Grand Final victory over the Vodacom Bulls in Pretoria earlier this year.
An all-Glasgow back-row sees Jack Dempsey start at number eight once more, with Matt Fagerson and Rory Darge – the latter serving as one of Scotland’s vice-captains – lining up on the flanks.
Four further Warriors await their opportunity amongst the replacements, including Rory Sutherland, who earned three Test caps for the British and Irish Lions against the Springboks on the 2021 tour.
Max Williamson wears the number 19 jersey, the former Scotland U20 standout having run out at Scottish Gas Murrayfield for the first time in his Scotland career during the win over Fiji.
A brace of Glasgow backs round out the matchday 23, with Jamie Dobie and Stafford McDowall covering the back-line in a six-two split on the bench.
Kick-off on Sunday is scheduled for 4.10pm, with supporters able to watch the match live on TNT Sports.
