Guilty Pleas and Sentencing Outcomes
In court proceedings on Tuesday, Strong entered a plea admitting guilt to one count for conspiracy to commit wire fraud along with four wire fraud charges. He was sentenced to serve 34 months behind bars followed by three years under supervised release. Furthermore, he was instructed to forfeit $2,159,874 in illicit gains alongside repayment totaling $2,159,873.
In addition to Strong’s sentencing:
Herbert Wright III, known professionally as G Herbo—one of the co-defendants—pleaded guilty to charges including conspiracy related to wire fraud plus providing false information to federal agents; he received three years probation with restitution demands totaling $139,968.
Demario Sorrells also admitted guilt regarding conspiracy charges; his recent sentencing included three years probation along with forfeiture and restitution amountsing each to $106,000.
